If SponsorPay works fine though and you're just not getting your funds, contact Billing Support of EA'S SUPPORT CENTER instead please.

Note that a known workaround is buying funds through the portals of other Play4Free games, such as Lord of Ultima. This seems to circumvent the problem for most users. 🙂
