Can't buy funds in Tiberium alliances

I have many times bought funds for Tiberium Alliances.  Now for some reason, I can't.  When I select the funds i want, the screen darkens and nothing happens.  I've checked by account and my payment method is there.  I've tried Firefox, Chrome, Edge and Opera, same result in all of them.

Can you help?
