I am getting this same error on cnc red alert 2 and yuris revenge. red alert 3 and yuris uprising works fine.
My system is completely up to date with all drivers bios and firmware. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my system. I have the latest version of win11 with all updates for gpu, win 11 and all my apps. Something is def wrong with the launching of this game. SFC and dism repair are fine. Running through those steps listed above and clearing the cache does nothing.
Is there any other way to fix this? When launching the game it's also asking for admin privileges to launch. My date and time and timezone are fine. Also I am not on vpn. I am connected through spectrum isp on a 1 gigabit plan from the state of MA in the USA. Nothing is wrong on my end.
What is going on here?

Thanks for letting us know what you're running into as well!
This message happens during certain early access periods and for systems that might not be synced correctly.
To confirm if your PC DATE/TIME is set to the correction date and time. If so can we try the workaround suggested here?

As you can see from the responses, the issue is not solved. This issue or others similar have been going on since EA transitioned from Origin. Please solve the problem instead of gaslighting your customers.
