Hi @GhosT_G4M3,
After you've downloaded the game and installed it on your new phone, you put in your age and complete the first tutorial.
Go then to Settings -> Link Account -> Link Email Address.
If you put in the same email used to link your account on the old device it should prompt you to send the verification code to the registered email. After you received it, put in in the designated field and confirm. If you did everything right, the game will then ask you to choose between the account on this device (the new one) or the old account from your old device. Select the old account and you should be good to go.
