Hey @Cyclone42 if you navigate to your install folder and open RA2.ini then you can easily set the video ScreenWidth and ScreenHeight attributes to the resolution you wish.

I did that, how do you think I am playing it at 1920x1080? The GUI is messed up. I can't really explain it, but the GUI elements are offset between what is displayed on the screen and where the program is expecting a mouse click, both vertically and horizontally by about 100 pixels. I have experienced this before, every time I try to install RA2 under Windows 10. It is definitely a bug, and not anything wrong with my system. I have gotten around it before by installing Windows 7 on a separate hard drive and installing RA2 via my old First Decade DVD-ROM. That is a hassle I would prefer to avoid. It would be better if Origin could just fix their bugs.
