C&C 3 not starting

Hi EA

Please can you help!!

C&C 3 is not running on my computer, I have checked through every resource without any fix.

Screenshot attached.

I have updated GFX card drivers and OS to the latest, also cleared the cache of your app, I've also stood on my head and spun around three times but nothing works.
