C&C 4 registration code

so i recently brought the command and conquer 17 in 1 ultimate edition and all the games seem to work apart from the C&C4 game, it keeps asking for the Registration code like you would normally get on the back of the manual, or case, but in this case all i go was a credit card sized card with the promo code to download all 17 games, please help
