C&C, Red Alert 2, missing file "ssleay32.dll"

I have redownloaded all C&C games from the remastered collection on origin.  I tried to run Red Alert 2. Error. Ran as administrator. Error. Did the compatibility check. Says I am missing "ssleay32....

Hi @psykolette Can you try to Install/Repair your VC++ files for C&C (Microsoft VC++ Link) and check if the same message continues?

    @EA_Illium So this does not work for the specific file that is missing. I did find the file though in the core file that is right next to the install file. Weird too since the game does not recognize that the file is present.
