C&C, Red Alert 2, missing file "ssleay32.dll"

I have redownloaded all C&C games from the remastered collection on origin.  I tried to run Red Alert 2. Error. Ran as administrator. Error. Did the compatibility check. Says I am missing "ssleay32....

Hello, I am having same issue, everything was running just fine until I changed my monitor's and installed a new graphic card. Did you resolve your issue? Could you help me?
