C&C, Red Alert 2, missing file "ssleay32.dll"

I have redownloaded all C&C games from the remastered collection on origin.  I tried to run Red Alert 2. Error. Ran as administrator. Error. Did the compatibility check. Says I am missing "ssleay32....

you can try to downlad and run "游戏运行库合集", it contains all dlls or envs or anything the game need. you can find it via some chinese website engine. Good Luck
