Hi,As of today, I suddenly have problems accessing the online section of Command & Conquer Red Alert Remastered and receive the following message when I enter skirmish/online mode"This EA Account is restricted from accessing any online features. If you have received this message in error, please contact customer support. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information"I have no bans/suspensions on the account. I contacted EA customer support and they suggested clearing my cache for Origin which I did so. However, no success. THey then sent me an email offering advice about connection issues to use hardwired etc. There are no connection issues.I bought the game in January 2022 and have had no issues other than the slow issues of entering games recently. I played the game yesterday without issue but today suddenly I get that message.Any advice?

Just checked same issue here. I have my main Quickmatch account "Trailblazer_CnC" on Origin and I am restricted access from online play. I have a second account on Steam "Soviet Trail" that works just fine?Beyond this recent issue the multiplayer servers have been increasingly unstable over the last 2 weeks. Custom games taking up to 10 minutes just to load after the host launches the game. Rank 1 and 2 on that ladder both streaming Live on Twitch and queing at the same time do not get matched? They get someone ranked below 200 worth 0.16 points? I mean really???? Also this game at launch was hyped by EA to include a multiplayer function and a Leaderboard, yet after season 3 the multiplayer was all but abandoned. We got a patch to fixed overpowered Turkey Faction and an automatic ladder reset every 3 months. But we have been stuck playing the same 8 maps on Quickmatch for OVER A YEAR.....Seriously EA if this is how you support a game I am questioning if I will purchase another.

I've had this issue as well.

More worryingly, when I raised it with an EA support assistant, they mentioned that multiplayer is no longer a feature of the game, and that the reason for this is associated with the removal of the multiplayer function of the game?!

If true, that's pretty outrageous for EA to pull the plug like that on an online gaming community.

Glad I'm not the only one though, and that it doesn't appear to be an account issue. A bit coincidental that the multiplayer servers on the game have been lagging horribly for weeks, which could be related.

I note you have both Origin and Steam. Did you have to purchases C&C twice to use it on each one or were you able to transfer the game from Steam to Origin or vice versa? Sorry I am fairly new to this side of things

Can confirm, the game is broken and has been completely abandoned by EA. I am just one member a discord of hundreds that still play this game, and being forced to come here to make a post-- is the only recourse we have. It is embarrassing how little the developers care about this title, and the series.

There are more daily players logging into steam/ea on this game than many new titles.. but they still just drop support once the sales figures slow and think nobody will notice.

As it stands:
- Nobody that has an Origin account can access online play (ironically Steam users are fine - not unsurprising though, given Steam is actually a good gaming platform)
- The matchmaking servers take an extremely long time connecting to a game server, this is the case in both quick match, and custom lobbies
Switching to the new EA storefront does not help.
