@TERORISTU It has been 9 years since you bought the game and it really says the game code is already redeemed. It is almost impossible to see now where it did go wrong. I think you will have to contact EA again in a NICE WAY instead of being a bit hostile and ask them to provide you with a new key or deactivate that key after you showed proof that you really bought it, so you can reactivate it. Steam-support will indeed be useless as the "error" is on EA's side. Or maybe ask them with which account the code has been redeemed already? That could help you track down the cause of this. But please be just nice to them and don't start complaining about the "big evil EA" as they will then understandibly less likely to help you if you're not friendly to them. You could also ask them for a key to the Origin-version of the game as compensation....
@MADrag0n And then he has to click on game library results and make a full screenshot of everything. 🙂 Nice, didn't think of that way to check it.
