@MADrag0nWhy is strange? because i dont play only on steam? Or im not allowed to have only 1 game ? You make it sound like i must buy tons of games to get help O_o
@mrtnptrs You missunderstand me, i didnt ask for me , i asked them to do the research, i know that i will never get ant private infos about other users as they stated : They are unable to tell me wich account has redeemed the cd-key. So i didnt ask for any details , i just asked them to do a research.
I have EGS, Steam, GOG, and other accounts and have many games on it, that its strange for me... )

@MADrag0nWell i only play on steam , and you can add me to check that i have all my games on steam , so for me is perfectly normal that i dont spend money on other platforms since the one im spending , i never had problems , and when i asked for help they gave it to me.
Edit : Yes , i have only 1 email that i use for all my gaming stuff.

Try to go to this link https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword and use all ur emails accounts that u can recall, except current in EA account.

@MADrag0nARE you joking me? Check my post , because i've answered you that i have only 1 Email, how can you say that im ignoring you? What you trying to do over here? O_o
Edit : I just might let it be , and come every year and still get no help. Its just the fact that , im not the only one asked for help for this C&C4 CD-KEY problem , and seems like all the others that asked for help , didnt got it. The point here is that, even tho we can PROVIDE everything, we still cannot be helped so we are droven in the situation were we say , imma just quit fighitng the mountain and forget about the money i've paid.

This is not a chat so, try to give accurate and complete answers, not editing previous messages with add important info later, when there is an active correspondence.
Most people have many email accounts. Many quickly create them in order to do something quickly and then immediately forget the password to it or the entire account (they do not need it), and so it can be repeated many times ...
I don’t know how else to help you. Try in the EA support chat to give the key to the game, the purchase screen and ask to give you the email to which this key is attached, at least in the form some like x***x@gmail.com, maybe this will help.Also, I find similar topics for info:

- 6 years ago@MADrag0n As i mentioned before about 10times , i will say it again , during my chat with EA live support , they said that they cannot offer any informations related to where the CD-KEY has been redeem.
As well , i've told you 5 times already that i only have 1 E-Mail for gaming that im using for eveything (i have no ideea why u keep going a LOOP by seing same stuff over and over again). As well as you could see for yourself , i can provide everything EA asks me. I didnt ask for free games nor for a refund nor anything impossible, i only asked to have the game i paid for NOTHING MORE. i've created another Steam ticket mb steam can aproach EA and discuss with that , so steam can confirm as well that i never had the possibility to redeem my cd-key. I will replay tmr if i got any answer from steam or when they will answer. Here its getting late. - mrtnptrs6 years agoSeasoned Ace
@TERORISTU Hey, we want to help you, but it is a difficult problem you're having. Especially because we ourselves can't look-up information about the game-key. And yes @MADrag0n is talking a bit in circles and asking multiple questions multiple time, which can be annoying, but it really seems you have activated the key before with another account. If you say you absolutely didn't, then there is something weird going on. Sorry that we can't really help you any further; we're just limited by what we can do ourselves.
Btw, next time with a problem: try to provide more detailed information about the error etc. from the beginning 🙂 Avoids a lot of questions :P And I don't know why @MADrag0n Is advising against message-editing as it prevents message-spamming in a thread.... @TERORISTU Can you keep us updated when you talk with EA and Steam again and tell us what they told you?
