As well , i've told you 5 times already that i only have 1 E-Mail for gaming that im using for eveything (i have no ideea why u keep going a LOOP by seing same stuff over and over again). As well as you could see for yourself , i can provide everything EA asks me. I didnt ask for free games nor for a refund nor anything impossible, i only asked to have the game i paid for NOTHING MORE. i've created another Steam ticket mb steam can aproach EA and discuss with that , so steam can confirm as well that i never had the possibility to redeem my cd-key. I will replay tmr if i got any answer from steam or when they will answer. Here its getting late.
@TERORISTU Hey, we want to help you, but it is a difficult problem you're having. Especially because we ourselves can't look-up information about the game-key. And yes @MADrag0n is talking a bit in circles and asking multiple questions multiple time, which can be annoying, but it really seems you have activated the key before with another account. If you say you absolutely didn't, then there is something weird going on. Sorry that we can't really help you any further; we're just limited by what we can do ourselves.
Btw, next time with a problem: try to provide more detailed information about the error etc. from the beginning 🙂 Avoids a lot of questions :P And I don't know why @MADrag0n Is advising against message-editing as it prevents message-spamming in a thread.... @TERORISTU Can you keep us updated when you talk with EA and Steam again and tell us what they told you?
