@mrtnptrs It is not an answer. If some game require EA account to play it its mean 100% u have this game on that EA account and u can see it in games library.

I contact last night EA support chat again , and explained all over and i got same answer, they dont understand how this is possible and at the end they said , they cannot do anything since the servers arent online anymore. SO basicly , i paid for a game , i cannot play , and EA wont even move a finger to compasate with any other low priced game and said that its not EA fault i got a cd-key used by another user.
Steam answer me with this link because in the TOE and TOS of steam its saying that any problems regarding cd-keys and game issues i should contact the developer.
SO here we go again with the ping-pong game from STEAM to EA and back until the customer will give up and lose his money and the game as well.
