C&C ultimate collection games doesn't work

I just bought the C&C ultimate collection and tried 3 games. Non of them work. The first one I tried was Generals - the error messege that popped is attached here. The second and third are Tiberian...

does that patch for Tiberian Sun change anything else, or just fix the technical issue? It's only the technical issue that I want fixed

@ZoeMalDoran All of these are designed to just fix the games. They're patches, not mods.

The C&C95 one re-enables some previously unused beta features, like specific score and map screen music for Nod, and it adds those console-exclusive mission, but as far as I know, none of the other patches contain anything more than just the fixes.
