C&C ultimate collection Red Alert 2 wont start

    Try to disable the In-Game overlay in Origin settings. This resolved my game launch issues with Red Alert 2 and Generals.

What exactly is the "everything" you tried? Compatibility modes? Run as administrator? Disable Origin In Game?

Yes that is correct I did all of this things, what I wound up having to do was Uninstaller both RA2 and origin, then delete any remaining files. Reboot and reinstall.. now I'm back to my original problem of black screen if game get minimized.
