CnC Kane's Wrath memory crash Lenovo Legion 7i

I am having a memory error crash in Kanes Wrath and can only play for about 25 minutes until the game crashes. I have disable the intel hd integrated graphics in bios (forcing discrete card). I have also applied a 4GB memory patch that I have seen people recommend. I have reinstalled the game multiple times. I have even turned all graphics settings to low and nothing has helped. It always crashes after about 25 minutes of gameplay.

I am running steam version of CNC3 Kanes wrath.

Lenovo Legion 7i laptop

Windows 10 pro x64

RTX 2080 Super

Any help appreciated!

    A lot of crashes include some mention of the word "memory", since that's where everything concerning the game happens to be loaded into when it's running. You should give the exact error message if you want anyone to have any idea what's going on.
