Command & Conquer™ The Ultimate Collection My Main Concern
Back in 2012, I purchased this game in subject line. Years after the purchased, I rarely got in touch with my EA account even the software update during the transition of newest EA App from old EA Origin. At first, I was able to play all versions of Command & Conquer collections that includes music soundtrack compilation until I recently discovered that the soundtrack is no longer in my library section and fortunately I still have all game versions.
I contacted the support via chat and addressed my concern. Good news is the support agent can see the music content in his end but in my library's end is not visible so I was advised to do troubleshooting such as clearing cache but still no luck. I know most of you may not be a big deal for losing small content but I need a resolution to retireve what I legally purchased. I've seen this concern already addressed years ago in this forum but it needs to be resolved. Please advised.
@Sultadashin The whole Ultimate Collection bonus material item indeed doesn't show up on the EA app; I noticed that on my own account too. I heard there were licensing reasons involved, when it came to the music.
I believe it's still somehow possible to download the old Origin client, so you could do that and and see if you can still access it through that.
