Command & Conquer Generals Zero Hour gives me an error and is stuck on loading

Command & Conquer Generals Zero Hour gives me an error and is stuck on loading screen. then says cant find game.dat file.  I finally discovered i need to have my Microsoft OneDrive turned on and the game loads right up. i hope this info helps other players
