Command & Conquer Remastered Collection won't launch

I've downloaded the game via EA Desktop. When I try to launch the game, it first displays a message :

This game requires permissions 

This game requires administrative privileges. Do you want to grant access and launch the game?

I select OK

Then another message shows up:

Failed to launch game

An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later

I've searched the topics in the forum and I've seen that many similar issues was posted. I've done everything recommended in topics but none of them worked.

I've granted every permissions to the folder as well. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I've shut down EA app and restarted it, I've cleared the cache, repaired the game, and nothing worked...

My machine:

Intel 13900K cpu on Asus Proart Creator WiFi Z690 with 128GM ram, AMD Radeon RX6900XT 16 GB
