Command & Conquer The First Decade

Hello,
None of the other help places recognize Command & Conquer The First Decade as a valid game collection, so this was the best option I could think of,
The Ultimate Collection just released and,
I have the physical box with 7 game CD Keys that I would like to redeem somewhere but nobody accepts them,

Any Idea what to do?
