Command & conquer TW and RA3 are part of EA play, but the 360-games are not?

Command & conquer tiberium wars, kane's wrath and red alert 3 are all available for xbox consoles, but are still not part of game pass ultimate on xbox, only the pc editions are available (through EA play). Theyre part of EA play, so why are the xbox 360-versions not available on EA play too?

I know theyre in a bundle on PC but still. I dont want to pay 15$ a game for 360-games. They feel forgotten, because they havent ever been on a sale since the 360-days.
