Command & Conquer Ultimate Collection menu options issues

Im having an Issue with various games in the collection. ive seen it in multiple games spicficly Tiberium Sun. when im in the Menu looking to start a skirmish or compaign i have lines cut out from the menu and cant see various menu options, but i can still click on the options i cant see. any idea what the issue is? ive uninstalled and re-installed and the issue continues.
