Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars and Kane's Wrath

When you try to play tiberium wars or kanes wrath on LAN it says serial is already in use or on kanes wrath (name is already in use) we've tried everything in the book to make this work but the game is useless without it... please tell us a way to skirmish
