Command and conquer 3 tiberium wars login failed - can't connect to server

Hi, Just bought the C&C 3: Tiberium wars from the Origin Sale running now. Downloaded and installed the game with no problems. When I started it though, it required me to Log in with my EA Credent...

Thank you for your reply, @EA_Nils.

Unfortunately I already requested refund for the games.

Can some of the others confirm if this really solves the issue with C&C3 Tiberium Wars? Because as far as I read, this is a problem for at least 2-3 years with people running windows 7 64bit
