Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars will not launch

When I want to launch the game, a window appears telling me to sign in with my EA account to activate my game on my computer. When I do that the window dissappears and nothing happens. How can I star...

went through customer support a while back, the guy told me after like an hour to just wait for an update. Can't wait to get something so I can just play the game.
