Command and Conquer 4 Tiberian Twilight error message

I load the game up and everything is normal untill it tries to connect then i get this 

'Unexpectedly disconnected from online service please check your internet connection.

now grant thisdoesnt happen much but its driving me crazy. As i have been playing the game i'm on mission 3 now but sometimes its just impossible to get on the game at all

can anyone help

So far i have 

updated the game

disabled firewall

turned off antivirus 

sometimes it will work sometimes it wont
