Command and conquer game is cheating me out of prizes

Every time I come in 1st or second place the game freeze before I get my prize, the game restarts like I never won can somebody tell me why, Cage

    @EA_Cade I’m in challenge matches facing level 11 units against my level 7-8. AFter first missile strike I used to be able to surrender and get my bounty rewards for what I built. Now I get nothing. so I sat through the second missile strike. I fought to the first when it’s clear I can’t win I just zone out and sti waiting for the end. Of course my get the flashing that I’m afk but I build something to stay active. AGain no bounty rewards. If this is intentional, it’s a stupid mechanic. you are punishing the weaker player for being fodder. You will lose player base if you keep doing this practice. Let me surrender early and get my bounty so I can level up my units and compete again.

    If you want the match to count towards the daily bounties, then you need to destroy at least two of your opponent's units. After that you can surrender if you want to.
