Command and conquer generals problem
Hi i recently got Command and conquer generals deluxe edition and stumble across some problem i will list them belowe and the "solutions" ive already tried out.
The first problem was that when i pressed multiplayer and then online it tried to update a file but got the message "not found" all the time so i manually updated the file myself and it worked.
After it worked ive tried to login and i keep getting this message : Invalid serial.
same with create account.
Well ive tried to Redigit but that didnt work problem remained and i tried making a acc on pogo.com that didnt solve anything eighter
Ea electronic regristration software does not work for me either so ive regristed on ur website instead.
I even tryed turning of my firewalls and stuff but no diffrent there so im fresh out of ideas and need some professional help
Solutions ive tried summory:
reinstalling (didnt work)
manually updated the online file (solved 1 problem and gave me another)
Redigit and put in - in serial (didnt work)
pogo.com account (didnt work)
turning off firewall (didnt work)
ps didnt find the command and conquer generals in ur Select Product so took what was closest to it..
Ouch, I can perfectly understand you feel ripped off as this is a clear rip off.
As a first step I'd recommend uninstalling the game and installing again to see if you can get rid of that anti-piracy stuff. But other than that I'm not sure there is anything we can do here. Try contacting EA tech support and see if they can help you. I'm not sure if they can but it's worth a shot. I think that's the only way as the problem is on their end and as such you can't do a lot about it on your end.
