Command and Conquer Mouse Issues
Ok folks. I'm new on here. I recently bought the Command and Conquer Ultimate Collection, cause I loved playing those as a kid and wanted to do it again here and there to pass some free time. That said, I can't get the original command and conquer to properly run (Apparently, from what I've read, the whole Collection has been a bit of an issue and that's made a lot of people upset. Why release something if it doesn't properly work @$$holes). Anyways. As of now, I have downloaded the unofficial patch and that seemed to help me launch the program. That said, I can now launch the game but i can't get my mouse to work properly. The mouse icon is there on the screen, but it keeps jumping around on me and pretty much for the most part I can only see it around the edge of the screen. If I move the mouse at all to select any of the units, the mouse disappears and/or just jumps to another part of the edge of the screen. I can scroll perfectly fine in any menu with the keyboard, but the mouse is not working. I've played around with different compatibility options and all that as well but to no avail. I'm just a casual gamer really so I'm kinda looking for a little bit more guided help if anyone is able to do so. I greatly appreciate it. Cheers
P.s. I'm running these on a windows 10 machine.
