Command and Conquer Red Alert 3 Uprising

Hi!

I am a fan of the Command and Conquer series, and  still play Red Alert 3 to this day. Me and my friends still play, and noticed the Uprising expansion is not included on the Microsoft Marketplaces for Xbox. 

is it possible for it to get ported to Xbox? 
My friends and I would love to play matches with the added units in the expansion. 

I did lots of research and was told the best way to have a game added was to go to the developer.
