Command and Conquer Rivals game servers lagging like crazy!

I play this game in Asia so I assume it's using Asia servers. I've been using Bluestacks emulator on my PC Windows 10 for this game since 2020 and never had any serious lag in your servers till now. The occasional spike I can understand but this monstrous lagging daily for over a week now makes it totally unplayable and unacceptable! I'm not on any wifi or data. I'm using wired Ethernet Fiber Optics 600 Mbps up and down and I checked my connection speed every time your game lags. So it's definitely not from my side. Please acknowledge this serious problem with your servers with a reply and fix it asap! Thank you
