Command and Conquer Ultimate Collection, the game won't open

I have Command and Conquer Ultimate Collection, I can install it normally, but the game won't open! It always gives a Directx 8.1 error, I've tried support but to no avail!
I've done everything support suggested, nothing solved the problem. Does anyone have a suggestion?
I have a Ryzen 5 5600G, 16Gb RAM, Windows 10 64Bits.
