command and coquer closed alpha connection error

hi. i just got my command and conquer closed alpha redeem code. i downloaded and installed the game,and when i run the game i get:

"connection error. unable to connect to command & conquer servers. the game will now close. please check your connection and ensure that origin is set to online mode,then try again."

i have the same problem with command & conquer 4. it never worked. i checked my connection and router and everything is ok. this problem is only with those two games. please help me.
