My Activation code doesn't work...
I bought the product in a store and tried to install it on origins, but it didn't worked and it said the code is wrong or isn't valid.

You said you bought the code "in a store". Was that an online store, or do you mean the physical box version of the game?
Because, if you bought some code in an online store, then that's actually that store's responsibility to sell valid codes, and you should complain to them, not to EA.
To avoid problems of that kind I suggest buying Origin games on the actual Origin platform.

Hmm. So you bought the official EA TUC box with the code inside it? And it was still sealed when you bought it?
For issues like that, I suggest you contact EA tech support through help.ea.com and get a chat session with a live representative. They can actually look into the system and see what might be wrong.
