@tinyterr0r101 Firstly, EA support isn't really good in helping you with these very old games. Just don't rely on that... I know it sucks, but it is just reality.
Also; crashes can happen with these old games and not so stable engine. I would advice to install Gentool. This can fix many compatability-issues, crashes and bugs. See: https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Command_%26_Conquer:_Generals#Gentool Does using that fix your problem? Also disable any overlays (like Steam in-game, Origin in-game, Rivatuner etc.) to avoid stability issues.
Also, did you install any mods or modifications for the game? Are you using the old disk version or The Ultimate Collection? Which Windows-OS version are you using?
