nope they need to be banned plain and simple
you have more control over everything ive seen it
hell ive played against players who do this they do have an unfair advantage
you dont see other mobile RTS games doing this so why is everyone doing it on this on
to get an edge over everyone else that is a cheat plain and simple

I think you need to back up your claims rather than give blanket statements regarding emulators. Having played PC RTS games myself, I know exactly how crippling using only the mouse can be without hotkeys, and that's what the emulator provides. Using your fingers on the other hand allows for a much faster response because you just need to press on the screen directly. Also I'm wondering how you would know you're playing against someone with an emulator unless you ask them. Maybe they just have faster response time.
Furthermore, is it true that other mobile RTS players don't use emulators? And even so, it may even be because emulators aren't always an advantage, we don't know for sure why people use or don't use. I suspect ppl use it on Rivals specifically because of the nostalgia of playing cnc PC games and people want to recreate that experience.
I play with both phone and emulator. When I really want to win I'll always pick emulator. It's far easier to play and you have a significant advantage over phone users. I'm not sure I'd class emulators as cheating because everyone can use them but it's definitely the best way to play.
Here another thing EA uses the same emulators in their contests, just like the launch battle sponored by EA Ron the 12th
I'm ranked middle of the league on my laptop and ranked top tier my other account on phone.
Only difference to me is emulators you can play it on a bigger screen and as someone stated I can use 2 hands on phone doing more at one time.
Also noticed ones ranting the most are still playing the big boy units, honestly those are for newbies. Top tier I just use barracks and air as do many other top tiers above me
So my advice quit going for Titans and other big units , cause late game they not even used and go watch some videos
I think at best we can only say that it is inconclusive, since everyone seems to have a different experience, some say they find emulators better, some say they find phones better. Maybe someone should test it out and play like X games on the phone and another X on the emulator and see whether there is a statistically significant difference in the win rates.

Well like I said, it's merely your word against others, but nevertheless I also cannot invalidate your experience. The only way for us to know for sure is for someone (or even a few people) to play both and examine whether there is a statistically significant increase in winrate if someone plays on the emulator.
I have done both, I play mostly on my phone now on main. But I have also played using BlueStacks on my Asus G752 gaming laptop.
BlueStacks=
Pros - Bigger screens and able.to live stream on twitch and YouTube better.
* - Can only Mouse click one at a time. Unless your using a touch screen.
Phone=
Pros - Can click on two thing at one time to micro manage better.
* - Smaller screen and if screen is small and you got big fingers you can miss click.
I will say this I don't care if people use BlueStacks
Cause I don't see a big advantage to them.
Only time I see people rant about them is cause they seam like better players, but that's not true.

Now for a side note only advantage would be using a 3rd party app like macros. Which many gaming keyboards have built in even gaming laptops.
But same can be said for smart phone plenty of apps on Google play that act like macros.
But my experience is anyone that gets beat or doesn't rank up, they sometime cry that someone must be cheating....when they just need to use different strats.
And to many people lower levels think going big is how to win, but it's not.
I'll admit this I sucked, starting doing go big or go home thing.
But after I watched tons of replays from 13lade, Destiny etc etc. Seeing how they use smaller units to win. I started doing the same.
I'm one tier from final tier. But I also only play 10 matches a day now.

Well considering that Alicia Destiny just won the EA tournament on an iPad live for all to see, using thumbs I think this conversation has reached a conclusion.......I have a note 9 and used by s pen to play rivals and while it is accurate and you have fewer misclicks, I reatricts micro I have sense dropped the s pen and now use thumbs and can easily have 3 units moving making micro much easier.......I would even dare say that using a mouse could be a disadvantage for the very same reason as using the s pen

I tried it myself yesterday, i normally play on my phone, 85%/93% win rate. But yes... On pc its much more easier lol, blocking pads is a breeze, moving back and forth, clumping up units, everything is so much smoother. For everyone who says it makes no difference they just lie and are scared it gets banned ans are no longer top players.

I dont care if people use it..... just make it not playable vs phone players.

I have tried both. Mostly I play on the phone, but sometimes I play on the PC as well. It is very useful when my smartphone's battery is empty and needs to be recharged. I don't see the real advantage of the emulator, except that it is much easier to record your battles.
All that playing in an emulator does is this:
Moving your finger over the touchpad becomes moving the mouse.Pressing your finger on the touchpad becomes clicking with the mouse.
Why should the one be definitely better than the other? You can just as easily mis-click with a mouse. God knows this is happening to PC users all the time in their everyday usage of their internet browsers, office software, and so on.
So, let me ask an honest question to the people who say that playing in an emulator is better:
Why don't you do it yourself all the time then? It is free. An emulator like Bluestacks costs nothing to install except for a little bit of your time, and a bit of hard disk space.
Saying that one option is clearly far superior than another, and then not choosing that option for oneself when one could easily do so - that just does not make good sense. Clearly, something does not add up here.

I'm not sure why people keep insisting that playing on an emulator makes things easier. It does not. All that it does is:
Instead of moving your finger, you move the mouse, and instead of pressing the touchpad, you press the mouse button. That's it. Nothing else. It is just as error-prone as using a touchpad is. God knows that PC users misclick with their mouses all the time when they use their standard PC software like internet browsers, office software packages and so on.Let me ask you an honest question:
If you REALLY think that playing with an emulator is so much superior, then why don't you do it yourself all the time? Clearly, it would be advantageous to you IF (and only IF) what you claim is correct?
Personally, I like to play on the emulator when my smartphone's battery is empty and needs to be recharged. That is a very good use case for playing on the PC. And no, I do not have a higher win rate because of it.
My honest answer !!!! Because its a game for phone...... so i can play everywhere, where i want when i want. At my lunch break, sneak in a game when i wait for a friend who is 5 minutes late, etc etc. I say again i DONT care if people use it. Just let phone play vs phone.
