Error 500 Games not downloading

My games won't download and I get an Error 500 when I click on them in my game library. This has been happening since I was forced into the EA app from Origin. I have tried reinstalling the app many times, I have cleared the cache multiple times (both in the EA and my browser before redownloading the app), I have done a disk clean up on my computer, made sure I have enough disk space, and cleared all temp and unnecessary files. I have contacted support three times and they just sent me generic help instructions that are available on the EA help website. I have tried all of the problem solving tips and nothing has worked. I've sent in many Error Reports and still the issue is happening and I have received no help from EA support. My most recent Report ID ac42c433-990f-4d8b-9acb-c373b8ff3607

    Same here. I reached out on twitter and they just said to do the steps already listed. I wish I could just use origin.

    @xeightoh3xx I've reached out several times and they just give me the same "uninstall reinstall" or "clear cache" and beyond that they said post on here and maybe another user can help. Which is ridiculous that the EA Support expects other users to provide the support smh

    Same with me...grayed out download button for 2 different games (one bigger one very small, nothing to do with room in computer, no firewall settings or security stuff turned on) I tried all the things you've listed here also. I ended up downloading origin again even though a pop-up says to close and switch to ea I could see the games were updating in the background and after my new games downloaded!  I just left open origin with the pop-up message until I could see the downloads were complete than switched back to broken, terrible ea app! I hope it helps you!!
