Fixed launchers for Ultimate Collection doesn't work!

I want to play Zero Hour so badly (which I can) but I want to play the Shockwave Mod and Contra Mod too. I have a disk version of the game but it refuses to work anymore for some mysetrious reason and I can't find out how to fix it. When I found the fixed launchers file that lets me use mods with the Origin version, I was happy.

But the file doesn't work. No matter what mirror or version I download I just get an archive error and the thing will not work. I can't extract the installer, I can't run it, and it just flat doesn't work. I'm getting extremly frustrated and pissed off at my inability to run one of my favorite game with my favorite mods
