Also the cloning chambers should adjust to once every 24 hours, like the bounties. It should be available at the same time as the bounties whether or not the cloning is complete. If the cloning is complete after doing the bounties, it should be available for another use.
I was trying to tag the community manager by copy/paste from another post and got this craziness. Not sure how to fix.
I really like this ideas of a static reset time. It might allow for a little more flexibility for when you play night vs morning.
Apparently, my attempt to report the re-use timer as a bug didn't go very well. EA thinks it's a suggestion...
