Game crashes at launcher

No worries. I would start with a clean boot to disable any potential conflict programs http://bit.ly/Clean_Boot to see if the game launches correctly.

Can you try these steps https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/pc-graphics-troubleshooting/#updatedrivers to ensure you have the latest drivers installed as well and let me know if that helps?

I tried a clean boot, and it stopped steam and the game from launching altogether. I manually ran steam and ran the game. Steam would run, the game would show running then a window flickers and disappears and the status in steam would say "Play" all over again as if to launch the game all over again.

2 - I stopped all processes, anyway this is a fresh computer and only steam and AVG are installed. I totally uninstalled the AVG virus thingy.
Reset my PC to run normal (not in clean boot) there are absolutely no processes running (fresh PC)
I updated:
Net Framework 4.5.1
Visual C++ Redistributable 2010
DirectX
Repair Tool
also update VGA driver.

now steam runs, the game runs (menu and animations) when i start a new game, i get the Red Alert window with the star turning in the bottom (loading sign) and this is where we stop. Keeps circling forever.

Thanks for that, have you already installed all available Windows updates?

Can you also try uninstalling Origin completely and then running the game, that should force a different type of Origin to install, this has worked in previous cases with Steam and Origin not working together.

@EA_Cade my windows is fully updated and .. all my drivers are updated.

I will remove Origin completely, since i installed it, it seems things are getting worse. now other games are crashing too.
