Game does not load

Hello, in the last few weeks I keep trying to load a specific game and it doesn't load, worked great for years and years. The game is C&C RED ALERT 2. I keep getting the same error that I should try later (pictured)
Why does this happen and how do I solve the problem?

And yes, I sometimes still play this game 🙂
