    I already told you some tricks to make your browser behave so that it doesn't load forever.

One and only option is to, go to EA help Select topic Orders and Select Issue Refund request and then press Select contact option, after that you will get never ending loading scree/bauble. I left that screen for 5 hours, its just frozen. Nice help EA -_-
