Gameplay

Can someone please explain to me how all the enemy units can be ALL moving at the same time and have 6 units + 2 harvesters ?? this is insulting and makes the game go bye bye

Please show us a screenshot, or post a link to a recorded replay video that you can upload e.g. on YouTube.

At the beginning of a battle, you can only build 1-2 units. For every unit more that you want to build, you have to wait some time. This is called "population cap" and it applies to both players, of course. The point of this is to prevent spamming many cheap units at the beginning of a game.

Note that in some of the events, the rules for the population cap are less strict, and there you can indeed build several units at once right from the start. Showdown is one example for this.

  • Having 6 battle units + 2 harvesters is not all that uncommon if you're dominating someone toward the end of a game. The population cap slows down adding units, but as a Tech player, I manage this periodically.

As to units all moving at the same time, well, you don't have to keep a unit selected for it to move. Give a unit an order, then tap another unit and give it an order. I usually have a Titan moving across the map toward an opponent's harvesters while I juggle a couple of Orcas.
