Hey @MPdaghost thank you for all the additional info. Much appreciated. I've passed all this info along for further investigation. Apologies for the inconvenience but we are looking into it.
Judging from what I’ve read on this forum, passing something on seems to mean that nothing will ever happen. I have spent some decent money on this game, not to mention the thousands of dollars I’ve put into EA games in general. After playing this game for two days, I haven’t been able to play for three. Who do I contact about getting my money back on the basis that this game is absolutely unplayable? If this doesn’t get fixed today I will also leave a 1 star review on the App Store.

Hey @MPdaghost that is simply not the case. We do investigate and address these issues, some take longer than others, some require us to get more information from players, some we can address in an instant. I can assure you that the team is looking at your issue and aim to get you back in action as soon as possible! With that, can I ask you provide a screenshot of the tutorial mission when it pops when you load the game and a screenshot from within a battle that shows the harvester button missing. Thanks! 🙂

Certainly, here it is. Another thing I noticed inside the game — once the bug started, my name and my opponents name stopped appearing, and it just shows the name of the captain, like in a tutorial. Seems like the game thinks I’m stuck in a perpetual tutorial of some sorts. Attached are the images you asked for. In the tutorial SS you can see that I’ve built a harvester, in the PvP SS you see no harvester and button completely missing.

Would it just be possible for me to make a new account and you guys manually give me everything I’ve purchased on my old account? I wouldn’t mind leveling again

Have you made purchases with real money MTX? There is a way of restoring all those purchases but you would have to go through our support team. I will reach out to my contacts on the team for an update for your issue. Please note that due to timezone differences, it may be a while before I get a reply! Your specific issue is one we haven't seen before so it takes a little longer to figure out the whole issue. 🙂

So this is the reply I got from EA help on the refund... There must be some way to refund when my game is broken right...

Hey @MPdaghost did you ask for a refund or to restore purchases? It's unlikely you can get a refund because the items you purchased are probably consumed. But you can ask to restore your purchases to a new account once you provide proof of purchase. I've pressed again to see about getting your account back in action asap also.

Hello so after a few more emails with EA support, they said they are unable to refund OR transfer purchases... so I guess I am stuck with actually fixing this problem, which may or may not be fixable... have you got any updates? Thanks

Hey @steelsurfer777 thank you for reaching out, apologies for the delay but I don't work weekends. To fix your issue, I will need your Persona ID, found in Settings > About, screenshots of the tutorial mission you are stuck in and your player level. Can I also ask have you been playing the game continuously and recently? Thanks

So now it’s not even going to the main menu after the tutorial, it just goes to my iPhone screen. I’ve uninstalled and downloaded 4 times.

Now the game just crashes after I ply the tutorial....... this is crap. I’m getting really sad.
Im severely overweight and enjoy playing these games while eating, and now I can’t. Please help me!

Thanks @steelsurfer777 for the screenshots. Am I right in saying you have reached Player Level 11? Can you remember what level you were when you unlocked Nod? Did you start playing a long time ago and then stop playing and recently pick the game up again?
