EA QV TeamHey all, thank you for your reports! The team is aware and looking into this. In the meantime, can you try clearing your cache from Google Play Store app in Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Memory. Please do the same for Google Play Services app also and try again. If that doesn't resolve it for you, can you tell me your device, OS and what version of the Play Store app you are running. The version will be listed in the App Info where you can clear your cache. This worked for me.
Go to Settings> Application Manager> Google play services> Storage and hit Clear Cache Then....
Go to Settings> Application Manager> Google play Store> Storage and hit Clear Cache....
Then load play store and INSTALL!
