I can't download command and conquer rivals

I can't download command and conquer rivals. Everyone I do it says error.

Hey all! We've identified the issue and worked with Google to resolve it. Please try downloading as normal and it should work! 🙂 Let me know if you're able to install.

Go to Settings> Application Manager> Google play services> Storage and hit Clear Cache Then....

Go to Settings> Application Manager> Google play Store> Storage and hit Clear Cache....

Then load play store and INSTALL!
