I can't download command and conquer rivals

I can't download command and conquer rivals. Everyone I do it says error.

☹️ Sorry you're facing this issue @thomasposivy. Can you try clearing cache and data from Google Play Services?

Doesn't work. I'm on a A5 phone.lost all my crates for today and my challenges really sucks
