I never received my rewards for the competition!!!

I was in 3rd place and 1st place in both rivals tournaments, but when the tournament ended, I did not receive the loot crates for either competition!!! I worked hard to climb that leaderboard, and to...

Hey @The_ATLien_King thanks for reaching out. Sorry you didn't get your crates. Can I get your Persona ID, found in Settings > About and I'll look into this. Did you encounter any crashes at the end of the race? Once I get your Persona ID I'll be able to confirm if you received the contents of the crate to your account. I'll look into why the crate opening did not trigger too.

I also had the exact same problem.  Find 1st but never received my award create....

My ID is 1004334595390.

    You got two crates from the race on 07/08/2019 14:52. In detail you got the following:

    9133 Credits
    70 Col. Jackson cards
    26 Juggernaut cards
    16 Titan cards
    106 Attack Bike cards
    99 Cyberwheel cards
    133 Militant cards
    and
    1021 Credits
    24 Grenadier cards
    1 Mammoth Tank card
    1 Sniper card
    29 Riflemen cards
    24 Wolverine cards
    16 Attack Bike cards
    29 Banshee cards
    16 Scavenger cards
